KINDERDIJK

Windmills and Waterways After a 75 min.ride through stunning and ancient landscapes your adventure begins at Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you’ll witness the iconic Dutch Windmills, which have been maintaining the Dutch landscape for centuries. Wander through the picturesque countryside, and marvel at the intricate network of canals and windmills. Experience the Netherlands’ deep connection with water management and the story of Kinderdijk’s historic significance. You will visit two historic Windmills where the millers are more than happy to tell and share all the things you want to know about their Windmill.

DELFT

The City of Vermeer and Delftware, Delft, renowned for its charming canals, historic city center, and its world-famous blue and white porcelain. You will go to a 4th generation Pottery in the historic heart of Delft where you will get an explanation about the making of the famous Delftware. Stroll through the beautiful old town. Delve into Delft’s rich artistic heritage dedicated to the works of the legendary Johannes Vermeer. Who was born, lived and worked his whole life in Delft.

THE HAGUE

Explore historic sites like the seat of the Dutch government, the International Court of Justice (‘Peace Palace’) and the Working Palace of our Royal Family. Along the way we will see lots of embassies from all over the world since The Hague is the diplomatic and international center of the Netherlands. Many interesting stories to tell!

A choice of one exclusive visit to Mauritshuis, Madurodam, Escher Museum or Kunstmuseum.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Tour starts at 09.00 hrs. and end 18.00 hrs., unless otherwise agreed upon. 

The tour ends at the designated depature point. 

MEETING POINT

Guests will be always picked up at their hotel or accommodation in Amsterdam.

Hotels located outside the Amsterdam region, you will be picked up at an easy-to-find pick-up location. Extra travel time will be charged for pickups outside of Amsterdam.
