Keukenhof

Keukenhof, the world’s largest and most beautiful garden. It is situated in the heart of South Holland’s tulip area. Keukenhof was once just a vegetable and herb garden. Millions of bulbs are planted in the 32 hectares of gardens and 15 kilometers of walkways throughout this visit. The grounds are covered in a multitude of vividly colored spring bulbs, including tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, and others. Explore the historical garden, the Japanese garden, and the English garden. Admire the floral sculptures, which are based on a yearly theme.

At the Keukenhof Gardens, you will receive your skip-the-line entrance tickets which are included in this excursion. Before entering, the tour guide or your driver guide will provide an introduction to Keukenhof and the story behind it. You can then self-explore the gardens and pavilions at your leisure.

Lunch in the Historical City of Leiden

It’s time for lunch! After Keukenhof, you’ll be driven to the beautiful and historical city of Leiden where you’ll have lunch at a traditional Dutch pancake restaurant.

Oudt Leyden restaurant has become one of the most famous and favourite pancake houses in the Netherlands. Over the years, the restaurant has been visited by a variety of international celebrities such as Charles de Gaulle, Sir Winston Churchill and even various members of the Dutch Royal Family.

You will get a delicious pancake with a selection of two toppings and a beverage; beer, wine, soft drink, tea or coffee.

The restaurant proudly treasures their very own original recipe. Pancakes are made from 100% fresh and local ingredients.

Windmill Boat Cruise

Admire Dutch scenery from the unusual vantage point of the river while taking a leisurely one-hour windmill tour and watching numerous Dutch windmills in work.

The windmill cruise starts at Warmond, which is five meters below sea level and one of the lowest locations in the Netherlands. Explore the Holland lowlands. During our unique windmill cruise, you will see working windmills as we take you from Amsterdam to the lowest points in our nation.

Scenic Drive

We begin your tour with a lovely ride through the bulbflower area in Lisse, which is only a short ride from Amsterdam. With vibrant carpets of bulbflowers in nearly every color you can think of is visible. This region is one of the major tulip-growing areas in the Netherlands, and the most popular region for visitors from around the world.

Stops for coveted photos of the rows of multicoloured flowers; daffodils, tulips, and hyacinths among others. An unforgettable experience awaits you.

The tour ends at the designated departure location. However, you may also end this day tour with a 1-hour canal cruise in Amsterdam at a special rate. Please inquire.

Guests will be picked up at their hotel or accommodation in Amsterdam or Amsterdam cruise terminal or Felison cruise terminal.

Hotels located outside the Amsterdam region, you will be picked up at an easy-to-find pick-up location. Extra travel time will be charged for pickups outside of Amsterdam.
