Each booking accommodates a maximum of 2 people per car. If you are traveling with a group of up to 10 persons, simply make additional reservations so everyone can enjoy the experience together.

Please keep in mind that each car requires one person with a valid driver’s license and each reservation must be made under a different name to ensure proper registration.

Please Note: Guests are responsible for keeping track of their own schedule during the tour. If you are late for any included activities or experiences, the company cannot be held liable.

Both the accommodation pick-up and the return transfer are scheduled in advance and cannot be modified, so please be ready on time.

Please note that arrival times at Keukenhof may vary slightly depending on traffic, so you may need to wait a bit; in that case, feel free to use the extra time to relax and enjoy the area.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

• Drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years and must have held a category B driver’s licence for a minimum of 3 years.
• There must be a minimum of one passenger with a valid driver’s licence per vehicle at all times during the tour.
• Drivers must complete a brief driving instruction or training session led by an employee. Throughout the tour, the participant or rental customer must follow all traffic laws and local regulations. Any traffic, speeding, or parking fines incurred are solely the responsibility of the tour participant or rental customer.
• A credit card or bank card is required for the security deposit. A refundable deposit of €150 per vehicle must be paid at check-in (credit card or bank card). The deposit will be refunded after the tour, provided the electric car is returned in the same condition as it was received.
• All cars are covered by Fully Comprehensive (all-risk) insurance, including third-party liability. In the event of damage caused by the driver, the maximum own risk is €500 per incident. Any amount exceeding this is fully covered by the insurance.
• The vehicles are safe and easy to operate, built with a durable carbon bodywork that is resistant to scratches and dents.
• Road assistance is available at all times during the tour. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, allowing staff to provide prompt assistance when needed. An emergency contact number will be provided to all tour participants prior to the start of the tour.
• Car capacity for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. There are no refunds on cancellations made within 72 hours before the tour starts.

If you booked through a booking platform, you must reschedule directly with them.
