You can cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour. There are no refunds on cancellations made within 72 hours before the tour starts.
If you booked through a booking platform, you must reschedule directly with them.

We pick up and drop off passengers within a 14 km radius from Amsterdam center, including Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Cruise Terminal, River Cruise docking points near Amsterdam Central Station and Felison Ijmuiden Cruise Terminal.
